The technologists at Infiniti have technical architecture, systems integration, and project leadership expertise gained from many years of working on large technology integration projects for public clients. Infiniti Consulting Group is a Microsoft Certified Partner with experience implementing .NET, SQL Server based solutions as well as utilizing Share Point. Infiniti also has considerable experience architecting and implementing large scale Java/J2EE systems.

Infiniti focuses on enterprise architecture, application architecture, systems integration, and technical documentation. Our consultants have experience on the largest of projects and have considerable experience communicating, collaborating, and transferring technical knowledge to clients.

Infiniti’s has extensive experience in architecting complex information systems and specializes in the architecture of complex integration projects involving both new technology and legacy systems. Infiniti’s technologists have developed architectures for California Franchise Tax Board (FTB), the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Department of Child Support Services (DCSS), Employment Development Department (EDD), CPS, Department of Insurance (CDI), California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), and Department of Social Services (DSS), Ziff Davis Media, Health Care claims processing, Voter Registration systems, and Health Care intranets.

Infiniti’s architects and technologists have broad and deep skill sets gained from many years of working with both the public and private sectors, including:
  • Extensive knowledge of methodologies and modeling tools including UML, RUP, IEEE 1471, Zachman Framework.
  • Experience designing systems to utilize Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Experienced in applying a use case driven approach to architecture and design of service-oriented and object-oriented systems. Separation of interface and implementation to create pluggable components and services.
  • Applying Rational Unified Process for application architecture within Zachman based framework for enterprise architecture.
  • Expert knowledge of architecture principles, standards, trends in technology, industry best practices, architectural patterns, and design patterns to create systems that are maintainable, extensible, reusable and secure.
  • Experience designing and building high performance and scalable applications that provide a high level of security within distributed heterogeneous environments.
  • Success in creating designs that leverage decoupling and utilize meta-data to provide a layer of indirection that helps increase agility and flexibility to respond to new business requirements, new workflow, while minimizing maintenance effort and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Skilled at aligning architecture with overall business objectives and guiding principles of an organization.
  • Proven ability to present and convey complex architectural principals to all levels of staff (technical and non-technical).
  • Ability to define and refine the overall big picture (blueprint) while also defining smaller components (application/projects). Infiniti’s architects understand the difficulty of gaining funding and support for enterprise level projects within the government procurement process and therefore understand the significance of using individual projects to incremental implement the enterprise architectural blueprint.
  • Experience authoring all nature of technical documents including System Architecture Documents, Data Architecture Documents, Network Architecture Documents, and Application Architecture Documents.
