Collection/Reporting Assessment - Infiniti's HIPAA consultants
performed analysis and made recommendations for more comprehensive data
collection and reporting methodologies for Health Plan Employer Data
and Information Set (HEDIS) measures and for the Administrative
Simplification EDI standards as a result of the proposed Transactions
and Code Sets Rule under HIPAA. Infiniti's consultants were
responsible for analyzing the areas impacted by HIPAA, making
recommendations based upon the published rules, developing a project
plan, and preparing staff to commence work once final rules were
published.
